Quickcrete OK?

My partner is planning a 1.8m high fence and will be using Quickcrete for the posts. I'm the cautious one, so wondering if this stuff is OK to use?

You tip it in the post hole, add water and it sets, right?

You have maybe 10 minutes of wiggle time before it's set for all eternity?

Any other thoughts?
