Stumped on master ensuite layout and need help.
I'm on the 12th version of this space. I'm really needing help with the right side of this space, where the two toilets are. I was so close to getting a good layout, then the powder room door situation threw in a wrench (See #2 in constraints list below).
The original footprint of this space was just a master ensuite. We are adding access from a hallway and a new powder room, and reconfiguring everything in the master bathroom. I think I have the closet space down (but open to suggestions). Someone help me redraw this space?
Here are the constraints and non-constraints:
-
The exterior perimeter of this space cannot be moved. There are no more space I can take away from adjacent rooms (it is a gigantic space, so I don't see the need anyway)
-
The powder room door entry cannot shift anymore to the right, because that is where the hallway ends.
-
The space where the tub is, it is a wet room, and that is going there, because it has these amazing cathedral windows in there, and I want a wet room, not a tub separate from shower
-
His/her vanity AND a separate make up vanity space. Also want linen closets that are in the bathroom and not in our master closet
-
I would like the toilet room to be a separate space with a door
-
I don't want to have to go through a closet to get to the bathroom nor the vice versa
Can someone help me with some suggestions?
