Why nerf Octane?

Sure he's the highest pick, but mostly because he's just a fan favorite, his stim does so much damage now and stim surge is basically pointless. Hemlok still outshines every other assault rifle and Horizon STILL has lifelines glide and power booster amp as an upgrade.

Now octanes kinda mid compared to alter, horizon and even seer can speed boost while scanning.

Better be only during April fools bc this nerf was way too harsh, and way too soon compared to Horizon still being way too good
