New turntable (Ellipson), loose belt

Hey everyone! New to the world of turntables here: this CHROMA 400 turntable from the French company Ellipson felt like a dream come true upon first spin (llink to site) yet sadly, a few hours later the belt came undone (see pic). Whatever can we do to amend this, preferably not ordering another belt, since this is brand-new? Thank you for any advice!
