Just finished my first book... how do you actually find ARC readers though?

Hey everyone. I’ve only been writing for about a year, so I’m pretty new to the whole self-publishing process. After a lot of rewrites, I finally finished the first book in my fantasy series (~60k words its short on purpose). The main issue I’m running into now is finding ARC readers for launch (outside of friends and family). I’ve seen some services that offer ARC readers for monthly fees, but I’m not sure if those are actually worth it or if there are better ways to do it organically. For those of you who’ve gone through this before, where did you find reliable ARC readers who actually followed through with reviews?
