Poor response monitoring

Has anyone ever had a poor day 5 ultrasound during stims and end up having an ok cycle? For background I am 32, normal AMH, husband has good sperm analysis historically. First cycle did gonal F 175 then dropped to 150, ganirelix and triggered with lupron. I got 12 eggs, 6 fertilized and then unfortunately no blasts.

This cycle I did 25 days of birth control, started lupron on cycle day 21 at 20 units. I started stims 6 days ago (so this AM my ultrasound and labs was after 5 days of meds). I’m on gonal 100, menopur 75 and lupron 10 with plan to trigger with pregnyl. This AM I went for ultrasound and labs. My estrogen went from 110–>350. On ultrasound there was barely anything to measure, they claim 5 but I didn’t really see that measurable. I asked my nurse how concerned I should be and she was very aloof about it which made me feel horrible. Plan tonight is to increase the gonal to 150, keep the rest of the meds the same and come back Friday.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation during stims and end up recruiting a bunch more? I’m very anxious about it. I mentally can’t handle another failed cycle.
