I need advice - Insurer claim checking

I’ve got insurance with Hastings Direct earlier this year and they’ve randomly now asked for claim evidence in the form of my last insurance policy schedule.

The thing is, when I was getting quotes for insurance I realised that with my last insurer I didn’t say I had a “claim” because I thought a claim was only if a claim had actually been made (why is it so confusingly worded?). I didn’t realise an incident without a claim is counted 😕. My mistake, but now i know!

I made sure I declared it when getting this insurance with hastings direct but now they’re asking for that document and they will see it says there were no accidents declared to my last provider.

HELP. What will happen? Is it possible they’ll cancel my insurance over my last mistake? 😫 Need advice please!
