micro surgery varicocele post surgery questions?

hello so i had my micro surgery on feb 20th and now it’s april 1st. so about 6 weeks and ive seen a bunch of reddit posts where they have came back or never fully succeeded in surgery and sometimes im starting to think mine might of failed but at the same time ive read that it takes months for these things to heal. so my questions are i still have a bunch of big veins in my sack but i have noticed my sack like tighting up more than it was and they disappear until it decides to hang let alone i think its getting better but today i have constant aching on my right side almost so i was wondering if thats also part of everything that happened and let alone my testicle still gets bigger at the end of the day.
