PSA Gift Card issue

I ordered 2 gift cards on February 11th for my friend but he lives in Chicago and PSA no longer ships there so he wants to give the gift cards back to me. He never received the email with gift card code and when I check my account on PSA, it says “processed” and not “shipped.” I contacted support earlier and haven’t heard anything back yet so I’m in hopes that a knowledgeable vagrant can assist (pretty please).
