Physical PGWP

Hello,

I honestly don’t know what to do in this situation .

I applied for my PGWP on May 3rd , 2025 and got approved on March 10th 2026.

I still haven’t received my physical work permit yet and I need it to travel outside of canada because I will need it to re-enter.

The thing is my friend who applied on the same date as me got her application approved in January and received her physical copy within a week. Our address is the same .

I know it’s not the same for everyone but still, I am just frustrated because first I had to wait for the approval and now I have to wait for the physical copy and there is no way you can track it. It just seems too much .
