Slim Multi-Color? Crosstech3+ or uni Jetstream 4&1 Metal Edition Alternatives?

I'm looking for a reliable, rigid, and smooth multicolor pen for fast note taking and drawings. I usually used uniball vision pens or when at home, my fountain pens. These are reliable, slim, substantial, and silky smooth.

Do we have a similar option in the multi color world? I think people talk about the uni jetstream, but it looks thick, and flimsy plasticky online? The crosstech3+ looks beautiful, but reviews show it being a dryer, rougher write than what I like. Any recommendations? Want a multicolor that doesn't get stuck, is super robust, and is all business/reliable. Want something no issues "catching" when I'm fiddling with which color to turn on. Ideally quieter changing noise as well.
