Living Room TV: Samsung S95F OLED or Bravia 9 Mini LED

I'm debating between a 65" Sony Bravia 9 or 65" Samsung S95F for my living room. I currently own a 2020 Samsung UHD so either TV should hopefully be a huge upgrade. Other OLEDs are not in consideration due to reflections; my living room has windows along the entire left side. Simply put, I'm trying to determine between a mini LED or an OLED that'd work in a bright room.

The TV will be used about evenly between TV Shows & Movies and PC gaming (AMD RX 9070). From what I've read, it sounds like OLEDs have "smoother" gaming, but Sony look very sharp with top notch upscaling and picture processing.

Has anyone made switch from mini-LED to QD-OLED or vice versa in a bright room? Are there other TVs at or below this price point I should be considering?
