Packaging services together: when it helps and when it backfires
Bundling can increase average ticket and improve outcomes because patients actually complete a full treatment plan. It can also confuse patients, create refund headaches, and make your pricing feel opaque.
The difference usually comes down to whether the package is built around a patient outcome or built around what the practice wants to sell.
Is anyone packaging services in a way that is genuinely increasing both revenue and patient satisfaction? What does the structure look like?
