What are your go-to's for regular eats?

I'm new to north Encinitas/south Carlsbad and I like to eat.

What are your favorite places to go on the regular? Not necessarily the best, but where do you go "where everyone knows your name?" For example, Fish 101 is great for an easy weeknight meal with the kids. Bump has awesome empanadas, and I appreciate the French press-only coffee to make it quick. What bar has comfortable, welcoming vibes? Where do you find yourself going again and again?
