Is there a real fix to PC slowness?? (Windows 11)

Spotify has always been INSANELY slowwwwww especially on my more than capable laptop. (Ryzen 9 5900HX) Delay when changing volume, delay when changing tracks, delay when pausing, the app takes a while to load initially, and sometimes the whole app becomes unresponsive.

I've tried all the usual fixes. Clearing cache, tried installing from both Spotify's website as well as Microsoft Store, hardware acceleration on and off, disabling background apps, disabling bad drivers that are causing system latency, etc.

Is there something I'm not thinking of? This has been happening to me on and off for years with the PC app. I plan on switching to Linux eventually on my laptop in particular, once I'm done with college (we get M365 apps for free, and they're really useful as its all our professors use), maybe that will be the ultimate fix.
