How to handle multiple comparison corrections when testing two dependent variables using the same model?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some help on the best way for applying post-hoc multiple comparison corrections.

I’m using the same LME model to compare my two groups at three different time points in terms of two dependent variables. The two variables help me to answer the same research question.

My doubt is: Should I perform the multiple comparisons correction for the post-hoc test within each specific analyzed variable or across them?
