Best and safest tax free shipping line to germany

Hey guys,

I’m planning to ship around 8kg to Germany and was wondering which shipping line is the safest.

For my first parcel I accidentally chose DHL Tax-Free Express, and now I’m kinda worried if express lines have a higher seizure risk.

I’m pretty new to this and just went with the recommended option at the top, so I didn’t really know what to pick.

Also, I declared the parcel at $13.
What’s the general rule for declared value, and what do you guys usually declare for Germany to stay safe?
