SIJS APPROVED BUT OUTSIDE US AFTER OVERSTAY -ANY CHANCE TO RETURN FASTER

Hey everyone, I would really appreciate any advice or experiences.

I’m 19 years old. I previously lived in the U.S. for about 2 years. I entered using ESTA with a Spanish passport (Visa Waiver Program), but I overstayed for more than 1 year and then left the U.S. voluntarily.

My SIJS (I-360) was approved in May 2025, with a priority date of December 18, 2024. My uncle (my mother’s brother) was my legal guardian in the U.S.

Right now I’m outside the U.S. (Germany), and I understand I may have a 10-year unlawful presence bar.

My questions:

•	Will I definitely need an I-601 waiver?

•	Has anyone here done SIJS consular processing after leaving the U.S.?

•	What are the chances of getting approved in a situation like mine?

•	Is there any faster legal way back to the U.S.?

I’m trying to do everything the right way and avoid making any mistakes.

Any advice or personal experiences would really help. Thank you.
