I want to know if this will run games at high quality and at 120fps for wukong

I know the cooler and PSU are overkill but I don't mind the extra as I like the aesthetic and will have them for a long time ignore the peripherals as I'll get them after the PC and have them forever as well as having the upgrade paths for parts being open I want to make sure no parts are bottlenecking each other all parts are compatible and that it will run games like wukong Seige Soulsborne games Valorant siege and a lot of indie games, I want to be able to play most games at high or max graphics and for competitive games go full performance mode same as wukong which I'll hope 120 fps cap and hope its consistent, thank you in advance
