Comfortable handbag that fits 14 inch laptop

I’m looking for a comfortable bag that fits a 14 inch laptop:

- not a tote! I have sloping shoulders so if it’s only able to be worn on the shoulder from the handles, it’s not comfortable for me

- ideally thicker straps (or open to adding a strap)

- ideally closes fully

- not a backpack – but I am open to convertible bags

- budget is up to $3k
