Looking for a bit of CV Advice

Hey folks.

So, bit of context. I took a job back in October, with higher financial compensation than my previous role (18k increase), and at the time, it screamed great fit.

Fast forward my month notice. I join, and the organisation has changed, for my first 3 months, my team did not have a dedicated manager, it was slow, and frustrating. Then, we got a boss, but immediately after, there was a round of layoffs - something increasingly common. That being said, it's shaken any sense of job security I have, and I'm considering taking a look at the market, see what's out there.

I'm 25, MEng in Comp Sci, and just started my PhD as well (title omitted, but LLM usage in software dev), based in Northern Ireland.

Started my career in 2021 as a Student software dev, and have been employed constantly as a software engineer ever since.
