I got suspended and I don’t know why

On March 24th the asst manager treated me like like dirt after I said I wanted positive vibes I didn’t want to hear negative things from my co workers saying they didn’t want to be at work I don’t nothing and the asst manager putting words in my mouth that I didn’t say at all and she would assume things and she is racist against white people. My boss Joe came up to me later in the day saying I attacked his asst manager which is not true. Where is the proof ?? On March 26 I call my boss that early morning around 8 am to ask Joe why he accused me of attacking his asst manager and he did not give a straight answer he said I was his lady that made me feel uncomfortable. When I went into work he said let’s hug and I felt uncomfortable of hugging him but I hugged him to keep the peace while I hugged my boss said he loved me and hated me at the same time and today March 31 I called Joe this afternoon to tell him I was going to be late and he said ok and he said he loved me over the phone. That is very unprofessional for a manager on what he say things like that. I want to file a sexual assault report on Joe and today March 31 I got sent home for just saying I wasn’t arguing with the customer I verified of what he want on pump 5 and when his card went through he said no I wanted 5 on 5 and all I said to the customer was I verified with you about the 25 on 5 and he said yes and asst manager assumed I was arguing with the customer where I wasn’t arguing at all. someone need to look at the cameras and I reported the asst manager to HR. Or I am trying to report this to HR but Hr is blowing me off business is M Grape LLC aka ampm in north Las Vegas what can I do??
