I'm starting my first IT support job next week, any LAB advice ?

It's going to be my first real experience on the field. Only add a 3 months internship last year without gaining that much experience.

What should I do to now and during my "career" during my free time in order to becoming better ?

As tasks, I'll have phone enrollment, VOIP/TOIP, printers, computers, etc. I don't know the OS used, nor the logiciel yet.

PS: I like to read too, so if you give me documentations to read I'd eagerly do it.
