Talus bone fracture

So i broke my talus bone 11 of december 2025.

I cracked a corner of the bone in a climbing accident, doctor said it was stabile so no surgery and cast+cruches for 6 weeks. Since then walking without cruches and back on the job, working in hospitality wich means long days standing up.

Still limping alot, its sore and swollen on a daily basis. Doing physio and wearing compression sock daily.

Progress is really slow and im getting worried there is something dodgy going on in the ankle.

Damn, such a frustrating situation. Everyones injury and healing process is different but is this normal for this fracture, experiences?
