Been on E for 2 months, feel like I might be having a period

Hey everyone! I’ve been on 4 mg EEn weekly for about 2 months now, and tbh I’m kinda feeling like I might be having a period. I’ve been feeling kinda nauseous and exhausted since Monday, and my stomach has been hurting a bit. Is it possible that I’m getting a period this soon without prog, or is it just a coincidence?
