It's hard to take anything seriously

I live in the US and its just difficult for me to find the determination to do literally anything. It feels like a joke going to work everyday while there are unpaid workers in our airports being reinforced by the gestapo. It feels like a joke paying rent in a city that made national news for the federally sanctioned murders that took place here. It feels like a joke that I need to pay federal taxes when its proven that we are run by a group of literal child murdering pedophiles. It feels like a joke that I wake up everyday and there arent buildings being burned over this, people being held responsible, anything that isnt a bunch of people marching with picket signs. This is all a sick joke, and its never been funny.
