I-130 & I-485 (AOS) after interview – stuck in supervisor review? Similar cases

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to find people with a similar timeline.

•	I-130 & I-485 (marriage-based AOS)

•	Filed: October 24, 2024

•	Interview: June 2, 2025 (San Jose FO)

•	Interview went well, officer said everything looked good but needed supervisor review

•	No RFE

•	Last update about 1 month ago (“case is being actively reviewed”)

•	No approval yet for either I-130 or I-485

I’m starting to see approvals for cases around my date (Oct 23–25), but mine is still pending.

Has anyone been in supervisor review after interview for both I-130/I-485?

How long did it take to get approved after that?
