Medication

Hi guys ! I’m currently on fludrocortisone and midodrine and I take those daily and the pre syncope has stopped, but I’m still having trouble walking

My legs are really heavy and I can’t walk for very long. I feel very fatigued, tired I still get nausea and shortness of breath. Any suggestions?
