Need specific advice on supression

I just purchased an MR762A4 13" and I would like to buy a supressor for it. The problem Im running into is that the deeper down the proverbial "rabbit hole" I go the more confused I get...Different guys at gun shops will contradict eachother with minimum barrel length/material used. There are not very many youtube videos available on this gun. I searched for short barrel .308 suppression to find more conflicting answers. Not to mention the debate that goes on about QD mounts and flash hiders vs small muzzle breaks or longer 3 port breaks. Im really confused and want someone to bring it all together to be a little more concise. Thank you
