Thumbnails

hello all,

i’ve been SaucepanNing for a little over two weeks now. I’ve transferred around 60 bots over from Janitor and have about a hundred more to go. I’ve done about 10ish new bots.

OK, before I start with the complaints I want to say the overall experience has been great. I like the LLM’s for the most part, the moderation staff has been amazing. I dream of a world where I could have talked to the Janitor mods before they banned me. Of course, then I wouldn’t have found my way here. so, alls well that ends well.

The biggest gripe I have currently, that’s been driving me crazy, is the thumbnails. one of my favorite part of bot making is creating the art. I like making interesting pictures with interesting things happening. unfortunately, due to the way the thumbnails are formatted, all those interesting things go away, or worse, the main character goes away because I don’t have them centered, or their lounging or laying down, or doing something that requires width.

So, I don’t know if it’s in the cards or anything, but as I wish upon a falling star. could something be done about the thumbnail formatting so I don’t end up with more pictures of just a characters shoulder or legs

I have some other minor grievances but this is the one that keeps bugging me the most. I’ve got a bit I’m getting ready to transfer but I’ve been putting it off because the character is off center so they wouldn’t be in the thumbnail at all, but I love the picture so much I don’t want to trim it or rework it.
