Espresso machine upgrade recommendation needed [$2,000]

Hello, this is my first time posting here—apologies if I missed any rules.

As the title suggests, I’m considering upgrading my espresso machine. My real budget is ~$3K if the machine is really that good, but I’d prefer to stay under $2K if possible. My current setup is a Breville Duo Temp paired with a DF54 grinder, and I exclusively make milk drinks.

Here are a couple of machines I’m considering:

• Lelit Bianca V3 Espresso Machine (reference point) — well-known performance, but not ideal budget-wise.
• Turin Gallatin Pro: Seems comparable to Bianca at a lower price Con: Very limited reviews
• Fellow Espresso Series 1 Machine Pro: Lots of hype and modern design Con: Limited long-term reviews and reliance on custom parts (repair concerns)

I’d really appreciate any recommendations—especially from others who mainly make milk drinks.
