Anyone else actually thinking about quitting?

I’m a FTM and I’ve been at it for about three years now and god damn this job is so toxic and just full of so much god damn bullshit. There’s so many rsrs that get paid stupid money to be shit at their jobs and there’s no incentive for anyone to actually give a FUH about their jobs. you can be a perfect merch and do everything your supposed to do and more and still get paid the same as someone who shows up late, doesn’t rotate or relocate, hasn’t worked dip in six months, dump bins full of stales, green queso on the shelf and spends 80% of the day in their car in the parking lot and 20% of their day actually in the store …... I’m definitely looking for new employment. All the ppl who’ve been with Frito awhile have seen the great decline in this company and I can’t say I’ve seen any improvement in my 3 years. I think it’s best to jump ship atp.
