[M4F] - The Metro Clinic for Men’s Mental Health

The Metropolitan Men’s Mental Health Clinic website portrayed it as a new and innovative therapy center with boiler plate images of smartly dressed doctors and smiling patients. However, it did lean in to catering specifically to men. Its Mission Statement read in part:

“Men today completely neglect their mental health due to societal pressure and stigma. We at the Metro Clinic seek to break down these harmful barriers and allow our patients to discover their true selves.”

But a look inside the Metro Clinic, which employees jokingly referred to as “the asylum,” painted a much clearer picture. Behind one door, a “patient” was strapped to a milking bench while his clinician extracted a copious sample for virility testing and possible sale to a private invitro clinic.

Behind another door a patient was bent over his therapist’s desk and whipped with a belt for stroking without permission. He would be outfitted with a chastity cage before being led by a leash to the facility’s basement cells. Another office contained a first session patient licking his therapist’s boots while she interrogated him about his most depraved and unfulfilled submissive fantasies.

The building may look like any other clinic, but this was all just clever facade for the true function of the clinic, to break down unsuspecting men into submissive slaves. After filling out the mandatory psychological survey, accepted applicants went into the metro clinic for what they assumed would be a standard therapy session. Little did they know they would not leave the building until they were broken and trained as good little subsluts.

Enter Jack Hughes. Jack is a 52 year old real estate developer. He stands at 6’2” with a lean runner’s build from years of morning jogs. His pale, freckled complexion contrasts with his curly, salt and pepper hair and striking blue eyes. Like many men who seem to have everything going for him (money, influence, decent looks etc) Jack still feels unfulfilled.

He feels stressed about even the most banal day to day decisions. He’s deeply unsatisfied sexually. He knew why of course. It was because he lied to not just the world, but also to himself about his true desires. He’d make bone headed, chauvinistic comments about “a woman’s place” around the office after pumping his cock to intense femdom porn.

After months of agonizing over the decision, he finally decided to seek therapy, hoping to extinguish his femdom desires, not to live them. That’s when he saw a Facebook ad for the Metro clinic.

Thanks for reading my set up! I admit it’s a pretty broad outline of my idea but that’s because I’d really love to work out the details together.

Who is your character(s)? Is she the spunky, tattooed young gothic domme who took the job to torture men? Are you the intelligent and thoughtful researcher who genuinely wants to dissect men’s brains until they accept their proper place? Are you the bratty princess-type who wants to cackle as your sub debases himself for you? Are you the gorgeous woman of color who wants to show an entitled man just how low he can go? The ideas abound so let me know if you want to see any of my ref ideas.

For my character, I’m not married to him either. I could adjust his age, experience level and temperament to suit your preference. Maybe he’s a young man with serious attachment issues or a porn addiction. Maybe he’s more of an ass, a chauvinist who needs special training to put him back in his place. Or maybe he’s a sweet, subservient good boy who just needs someone to hold the leash. I’m happy to play around with him and his story.

As for the sketch of the story I’m very open to ideas. What I had in mind was Jack going in for his first appointment only to be “institutionalized” against his will, but I’m also open to more of a realistic slow burn where he keeps coming back for therapy appointments. From there the medical scenes abound so I’d love to hear any ideas you might have.
