Care for eczema UCSF vs CPMC

Hello. I’ve recently moved to the city and with my health insurance I’m currently trying to choose between UCSF and CPMC. My primary concern is getting the best care for my eczema possible. I heard that UCSF is one of the best hospital systems and so have been trying to ascertain if that would translate into getting more cutting edge eczema treatments. However I have also heard that CPMC is pretty good and also is more accessible and available with seeing doctors. My health insurance pretty comprehensively covers things so the cost difference shouldn’t matter too much. Does anyone have any experience in seeing dermatologists and getting their eczema treated in either system?
