Should the USA force European countries to allow the USA to utilize the bases and airspace?

With European backing off from helping the USA and denying the use of bases and airspace for the Iran war, should the USA ignore and utilize the USA bases? The USA granted them protection and security for decades and now they turn their back. The USA are the ones who saved these European countries during WWII and are now are backing out of helping the USA.
