Prenatals

So I’ve been taking the prescribed prenatal from my Dr - M Natal Plus Tablet(27mg iron). But also have prenatal multivitamins from CVS (a 2 pack with multivitamin and choline).

Is it okay to take all 3 of them? Should I be taking all 3? I haven’t been taking the CVS one since I got this prescription and now I’m wondering if it’s not enough lol. Thanks!
