Professional asphalt repair?

Our parking lot at the small strip mall I own in Aurora is starting to show some cracks and a few potholes after this winter. I’m trying to decide if I should just patch it myself or get a real company out here before it gets worse.

A buddy who manages a few properties around Denver told me to check out Asphalt Coatings Company. He said they did solid work on his lot last year without trying to upsell a full replacement. Has anyone in the Denver area used a good asphalt repair crew recently? Who did you go with and was it worth it?
