About fittings and hoses

Hi guys, I have an air compressor that I was using for automotive work like AC recharges and tire filling and whatnot. Where's a good place to find the hoses and fittings I need to make it work with an airbrush? I want to get started on airbrushing but I'm hoping to save on at least the compressor cost to get a nicer brush
