I purchased this set off of Ali-express for 20 dollars on sale. Set is 1500 pieces and is a 1 to 1 from the Lego set.

In terms of quality the pieces all felt great I had no issues with clutch power. I did noticed that some pieces had slight divots like the molds were under-filled but it’s a very slight thing. I do have one piece that was a factory defect. It was apart of the cube so wasn’t critical to the build; more interesting than anything to see.

The packing was good. Bags were numbered and they corresponded properly. I had no missing pieces at all. Stickers were present as well. What was nice to see was the instruction manual did actually have artwork on the front instead of the plain black I usually see.

The set itself isn’t bad by any means. The transforming feature does feel half baked and a gimmick. Parts don’t actually click together a stay. That arms for the most part just rest in place. It does look good though. Detail all around is fantastic. The leg and arm joints are all great. The waist mechanism however is very loose and I believe that was a Lego issue not a loose part issue. I don’t have any issues with this set standing on its own weight and it doesn’t feel flimsy. Some joints are very stiff and may cause the legs to pop off if you try to move them. This I believe is an issue with the off brand pieces but I think it actually ends up being an improvement as it makes it very stable.
