Shiny Finizen

Hello! I’m looking for a shiny Finizen. I have basically nothing to offer unless you’d like a shiny Eevee that I carried over, but won’t be using. Doesn’t have to have particular IVs. Just would prefer to be lower level. Thanks in advance!
