Anyone combining self hosting with tools to clean up old data online

I’ve been self hosting more of my stuff over the past year and it definitely helped me feel more in control of my data going forward. The problem is everything from before that still exists. Old accounts, random services, data broker sites, things I signed up for years ago and forgot about. Even if my current setup is locked down, my past footprint is still out there.

I’ve been looking into ways to actually clean that up instead of just preventing new exposure. Some tools scan where your data is and help remove it, which seems like a good complement to self hosting. Has anyone used anything like that to help remove old stuff?
