Ski selection for 6ft 4in 280lb guy

I'm probably at the bottom end of intermediate but very motivated to get better. What's a good set for me to buy if the use case is carving on blues and blacks? I have a set of 179cm enforcers, but wonder if they are too short. I'm shopping some off season sales.
