Anyone find Sprats that are NOT smoked?

I have become quite intrigued in trying more Sprattus Sprattus lately due to their cute size :) however so many seem to only come in a smoked version. Has anyone found these available that are not smoked? Or are they only available smoked I'm assuming due to size if that is needed for quick preservation due to size if they decay quickly after catch.

thanks
