Any LS rates here? If so I have some questions.

I've been exploring and looking at rates, and there are a few that have caught my eye. I've mostly been looking at the Intel rates, but being a logistics specialist stands out to me, mostly because I have a goal of eventually commissioning as a supply officer. With that in mind, here are my 3 questions.

  1. What is the QoL and working hours like for an LS? Are they among the best among Navy rates? How do they compare to say intel rates like IT, IS, CTR/CTT, or AZ (the other rates that interest me)?

  2. If I want to become a supply officer as a long-term goal, does it not matter what rate I go in while enlisted, or would having my enlisted rate being similar to my hopeful officer designator improve my odds at becoming a mustang?

  3. If I decide to instead just do 4 and bounce, how transferrable are the skills from being an LS to the civilian world? Should I pursue a master's degree, what would be a relevant equivalent major, business or something?

I already have an undergrad degree, but my GPA wasn't high due to personal issues I had during undergrad (my GPA was below a 2.6), so my goal is to retake classes while enlisted, and hopefully commission via that way. I may even get a master's degree as well.
