Possible November Trip

Hello! This will be my 3rd trip, my sister’s first time and I want it to be amazing for her. I am debating on whether to go the week of the 9th or 16th of November with 2 park days (magic kingdom + Epcot or Hollywood studios). My main concern is how busy the parks will be around that time! Does anyone have any knowledge on the busyness or Disney world in November outside of Thanksgiving week? Thank you in advance!!! <3
