no ghost on grafton?

me and my buddy are playing phasmo and weve tried grafton like 3 times and its always in the attic, will not spawn to hunt, wont do any evidence other than freezing, it wont step in salt, the bone spawns in the same spot, and theres only one spot in the house where you can hear the ghost making sound during a hunt. is anyone else having this problem?
