Which is best for learning Python as a Beginner

I'm currently torn between choosing between two courses to learn python as a beginner, I've learned few basics from bro code on youtube, but I just want a more structured course with more hands-on . So the two options are 100 days of code by Angela Yu and University of Helsinki Python Course, also please give the reason why you choose any of this(any other good recommendation will also be appreciated, while I'm leaning more towards a free resource, all that matters is just quality and depth). Thanks in advance
