Training for 2month Yorkie

Can you guys give me any tips on training my Yorkie? She doesn’t pay attention at all. She’s a teacup when I let her out her crate. She just runs while she likes the treats, but she doesn’t really stay attentive. She wants to be everywhere. Is there any toys? I can buy her anything I really want to teach her some basic things like sit and lay down. I just can’t keep her from running everywhere.
