Best Vegan Easter Egg?

Hi, my mum is recently vegan and she really loves Easter. I’ve been vegan for a few years but I’ve never had to buy an egg, I have some idea about vegan chocolate but I was wondering if anyone had any opinions or advice about the best Easter egg? Thanks :)
