How is University Trails leasing??

Trying to find housing. Came across Utrails and thought it looked nice, then looked it up online and found just AWFUL things about their old management, The One.

Does anyone live there now and would be willing to vouch for/against it?? Any dirt??

I also heard that electric bills can be high but can anyone confirm? It's pricey so idk how likely I am to go for it but it looks really nice. It's far but I'm looking for something off campus anyway.
